I have loved, owned, bred, and shown poodles for 17 plus years. I have been a member of the Wilmington Kennel Club for the past 10 years. I started out with standards, moving to miniatures 5 years ago. I bought my first show bitch from good quality conformation stock, went on to finish her AKC Championship in Dec. 2005. I did her testing, and bred her to a gorgeous Danish dog with his American Championship….and the rest is history!
All of my dogs live in my home. They are well socialized and get plenty of exercise. I have 2 1/2 acres of land all fenced in just for my dogs. We have our routines. We go for walks, play in the fields and last but not least, retire at the end of the night on the couch together to watch T.V.
My puppies are whelped in the bedroom, with my grandchildren , nieces , and nephews, handling them from birth. At about 4 weeks they are moved from the whelping box to a larger area in my grooming room with access to a safe outside area to get fresh air, sunshine and lots of exercise!
Most of my puppies are sold on limited registration, and I do not ship.
